If you have a broadband connection and streaming is not working, the easiest way to solve this is to download a new mp3 player and install it. On the mac, iTunes works well. On the PC, WinAmp is recommended. After installing the player, launch it on its own. As part of the process of running it for the first time, the software will ask you if you want to use it as the default application for listening to internet audio. Saying yes to this option will usually cause all the right settings to be made.
